Rare Austrian Biedermeier dining extension table with 2 extension leaves (as usual in Biedermeier, leaves of later date) made to seat 6,8 or 10 people. Mahogany on pine. Ebonized trim. Exceptional hexagonal trumpet shaped pedestal ending in hexagonal base with 6 feet. Square tapered fold out supports stored under the table top when the table is in closed position. Circa 1825/30.
