Pair of neo-classical inspired French Art Deco bergeres with details typical of Andre Groult (1884-1967). Serpentine cherrywood frames. Finely carved giltwood aprons with flowers, rosettes and slip-knots. Swollen fluted giltwood tapered front posts with pearlstick borders ending in bullets. Giltwood back legs.
