Breathtakingly detailed Viennese Biedermeier chest in ebonized pear wood on oak. Inlaid with maple hairline and 2 fillets with finest original penworks. Frieze drawer with fine brasses over Egyptian caryatid supports in their original verde antico paint, parcel gilt and inlaid penwork panel. Complete set of 5 original box locks and 12 fine brass mounts - 10 original, 2 later (unnoticeable).
