Magnificent detailed pierced Louis XVI gilt wood mirror with palmettes, egg and dart, rosettes, entrelac. Carved wood and plaster relief. Retaining it's original beveled mirror plate, back wall and hook. Touched up oil gilding. Austria, last quarter of 18th Century. 55 1/2" h, 40/42 1/4" w, 2" d.
